Ugh, I'm so tired... It's been a while since the cultural festival, and I still don't feel like I'm back to normal. I can't tell if I need more sleep, or if I'm sick, or... I don't know what to do. We've been so busy cleaning up, and getting ready for the winter, and keeping the town safe has been getting harder for a while now...

[There's a soft sound and a dull thud.]

I can't keep going like this. Either I need to reduce my workload, or I need to get stronger. Or maybe I need to find a way to create more hours in my day, and spend them sleeping. Anyone have any thoughts on things I can do to sleep more? I'm dying over here, and working myself to the bone like this is just going to exhaust me even more. It's been weeks since I asked about it last, but I feel like I haven't slept more than a few hours a night since then.

[A pause. Then, like a dawning solution:] Maybe the solution... is more power. Maybe I just need to talk to Kaoruko, or Yuri... maybe they'll know something.

Character permissions:
Combat: Go for it, but Itsuki's trained in martial arts, so it might go either way. If things get serious and she's in real danger, don't be surprised if she shifts to Cure Sunshine (if able, depending on the game).
Flirting: Itsuki's a little oblivious, but go for it. More obvious actions will get noticed more readily, of course.
Hugging, kissing, etc.: Varies with CR, but the costs are pretty low. In general, go for it if you know her at least a little. She might be a little surprised, but probably not angry. Ask if unsure.
Injuries: In the course of combat, sure. During events, probably. Just because... ask first.
Death: Ask first.
Mind reading, telepathy, etc.: Go for it. Itsuki's dirty laundry (at least, what she has to start with) went public quite some time ago in her home canon, so she doesn't particularly mind. Information on her past, her home canon, and most relationships is generally free. Aside from her one big secret, she'll also resist (if able) disclosing relationships that will be a big problem if revealed. See Special below for a particular thing you might pick up.
Memory erasure, mind control, etc.: Ask first. That said, I'm pretty sure nothing Itsuki has gives her resistance to mind-affecting abilities.
Special: Itsuki has a semi-secret identity as Cure Sunshine (if she's gotten it in-game). It likely won't stay secret for very long in a closed community, and especially not if she needs to use it, but she takes pride in keeping the secret for as long as she can. Mind-reading powers will meet mundane resistance if you try to dig for it. Itsuki's entire manner changes while she's in Cure form, and she's not readily recognizable unless you have a specific thing to look for. Expect negative CR if it gets out and she determines you're the cause. Depending on the game, Itsuki is doing - and more importantly, thinks she's doing - a decent (but not at all perfect) job of passing as male, so if that's what you're expecting, you might be in for a shock.

Gameplay and RP permissions:
Backtagging: Sure. I am really terrible at consistent tagging sometimes - if it's been more than a day or two, please prod me (Plurk works best) and we'll get set up.
Threadjacking: Itsuki is someone that rolls with the punches pretty well, so I should be fine with it, so long as we don't start talking about fish in the middle of a fight to the death.
Fourth-walling: Should be fine, unless you've got a big bombshell, in which case you might ask first.
Avoid: Nothing I can think of here.
